Depending on the type of wastewater, we use, among others:
- batch treatment – neutralization, hydroxide precipitation, cyanide oxidation, chromium(VI) reduction, chromium(III) treatment and complex decomposition,
- recirculation systems with ion exchange – for treating rinse water and reducing the amount of discharged wastewater,
- sedimentation and sludge separation – including the use of settling tanks and lamella clarifiers,
- filter presses – for mechanical separation of sludge from water,
- final filtration – using gravel filters, bag filters and activated carbon filters,
- heavy metal removal using selective ion exchangers,
- automatic pH correction and control before discharge of treated wastewater,
- vacuum evaporators for concentrating wastewater and concentrates and reducing their volume,
The treatment process may consist of several stages and is always adapted to the parameters of the specific wastewater stream.
